“Our boiler broke down just before the Easter bank holiday. As we have a baby in the house I was worried about being without heating and hot water for a long weekend. He was friendly and helpful and offered to call around first thing in the morning. Not only was he happy to work on a bank holiday, he didn’t charge any extra. I have already recommended him to a friend, who was also happy with the service.”
